Itinerary Brief

Tsavo West National Park is located in the Coast Province of Kenya. The park covers an area of 9,065 square kilometres. The A109 road Nairobi-Mombasa and a railway divides it from the adjoining Tsavo East National Park. Together with adjoining ranches and protected areas, they comprise the Tsavo Conservation Area. Tsavo West is a more popular destination on account of its magnificent scenery, Mzima Springs, rich and varied wildlife, good road system, rhino reserve, rock climbing potential and guided walks along the Tsavo River. The park is operated by Kenya Wildlife Service.

Full itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi – Tsavo West National Park

Early morning depart from Nairobi and proceed to Tsavo West National park, upon arrival pay your 2 night park fees and proceed to Kilaguni Serena for check in and lunch. Thereafter enjoy an afternoon game drive in the park in such of Animals like Leopard, Cheetah, Wild dogs, Buffalo, Rhino, Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra, Lion, Crocodile, Mongoose, Hyrax, Dik-dik, Lesser Kudu, and Nocturnal Porcupine. Prolific birdlife features 600 species.

Day 2: Tsavo West National Park

This day you could opt to do a full day game drive in the park with packed lunch or alternatively do a morning and afternoon game drive with a return back to the lodge for lunch.

Depart Tsavo after breakfast to drive back to Nairobi
